Loopnote Help Center & Features Guide
Welcome to the Loopnote Help Center! This document covers everything you need to know about understanding your users, tracking behavioral signals, and utilizing the Neural Logic Engine to grow your revenue.
The 130-Rule Neural Logic Engine (25+ Signals)
Loopnote doesn't just ask random questions. Our widget tracks 25+ behavioral signals and evaluates them through our Patent-Pending Neural Logic Engine, utilizing a massive 130-Rule Behavioural System built on advanced psychology frameworks (Kahneman, Dichter) and 7-Gate Boolean logic (AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR, XNOR) to prompt users at the exact moment of friction. Here are some of our core tracked signals:
- Exit Intent: Triggers when a user moves their mouse quickly toward the browser's back button or tab close area.
- Pricing Confusion: Triggers when a user rapidly toggles between annual/monthly pricing or hesitates on the pricing page.
- Cart Abandonment: Activates when a user adds an item to the cart but leaves the checkout page idle.
- JavaScript Errors: Fires a discreet prompt if the user experiences a broken script or console error in the browser.
- Rage Clicking: Detects when a user repeatedly clicks on a non-clickable element or broken button.
- Dead Ends (404): Drops a widget asking "What were you trying to find?" when a user hits a broken link.
- Highlight & Copy: Triggers when a user highlights and copies text (often a sign of comparing your product to competitors).
- Deep Scroll (70%+): Engages high-intent readers who have scrolled past 70% of a long-form landing page.
- Idle Time: Activates when a user has been active, but then stops scrolling/moving for over 45 seconds on a critical page.
- Rapid Navigation (Lost): Triggers when a user visits 4+ pages in under 20 seconds, indicating they cannot find what they need.
- Form Abandonment: Asks "Is something missing?" when a user starts filling out a sign-up form but deletes their input or stops.
- Mobile Swipe Up (Exit): The mobile equivalent of Exit Intent, triggered when a user rapidly scrolls back to the top of the screen to exit on iOS/Android.
- Return Visitor (Unconverted): Identifies users who have visited your site 3+ times without signing up, asking them what is holding them back.
- Post-Purchase/Success: A positive trigger explicitly designed to capture testimonials immediately after a victorious action (like upgrading).
AI Insights & Neural Engine
What is the AI Summary?
Instead of reading through hundreds of raw feedback responses, Loopnote uses Google Gemini AI to analyze all submissions over the past 30 days. It groups feedback by sentiment and identifies the Top 3 Action Items you need to fix immediately.
Page-Level Revenue Leak Calculator
Available in the dashboard under the "Page-Level Revenue" tab. By entering your monthly traffic and Average Order Value (AOV), Loopnote calculates exactly how much money a specific confused page (e.g., /checkout) is costing you based on negative feedback frequency.
Managing Your Sites & Subscriptions
What's included in the Plans?
- Free Plan: 1 website, 100 responses/month, and access to basic triggers.
- Starter Plan: 1 website, 500 responses/month, 5 triggers, remove "Powered by Loopnote" branding.
- Pro Builder Plan: Up to 3 websites, unlimited responses, all 25+ behavioral signals and the 130-Rule logic engine, AI generated reports, and A/B Testing.
- Agency (Super Builder): Unlimited websites, white-label sub-accounts for your clients, API access, and webhook integrations (Zapier, Slack, WhatsApp).
How do I install the widget?
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click Add your website.
- Once added, click Copy embed.
- Paste the
<script>tag into the<head>of your website code. It’s asynchronous, so it will never slow down your site.
Integrations & API Access
If you are on the Agency / Super Builder plan, you can connect Loopnote to external tools:
- Webhooks: Send instant notifications to Zapier, WhatsApp, or Slack whenever someone leaves feedback.
- REST API: Extract your feedback data programmatically. Check out the Developer API Documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. I installed the snippet, but the widget isn't showing up. Why?
By default, the Neural Logic Engine prevents spam by not showing the widget to the same user repeatedly if they've dismissed it. If you are testing, please open an Incognito Window to trigger the widget as a fresh visitor. Furthermore, ensure you are testing a trigger accurately (e.g., moving your cursor rapidly to the top to simulate Exit Intent).
2. Can I change the questions the widget asks?
Yes! On the Pro Builder and Agency plans, you can use the Customise Widget dashboard to override the default text, change the brand color, and specify the position (Left/Right).
3. What happens if I go over my Free Plan limit?
If your website receives more than 100 feedback submissions in a single calendar month, the widget will cleanly stop appearing for new visitors. You will not be charged automatically. You must log in and upgrade to Starter or Pro Builder to resume data collection.
4. How does A/B Testing work?
A/B testing is available for Pro Builder and Agency users. It allows you to test two different widget questions concurrently. Loopnote will assign a sticky tracking token to each visitor, measure the percentage of users who respond to Variant A vs Variant B, and display the statistically significant winner in your dashboard!
5. Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Loopnote's tracking tokens are anonymous strings. We do not attempt to de-anonymize your website visitors or sell their data. The platform only stores the explicit message they submit.
